Week 1

Because I’m extremely sick and feeling like shit, this week’s vitamin of discussion is Vitamin C. One of the most important vitamins, it is found mostly in fruits and juices but can be bought in pill form. It is not produced by the body so it is extremely vital to have this in your diet. Vitamin C is an anti-oxidant that helps enhance the immune system and prevent disease and sickness. It is also neccesary for normal glandular function, especially in the the adrenal and thyroid gland. Those who take it regularly have a tendency to be sick less-often than those who don’t. The recommended dose for optimal results is between 500-1500 mg/day, however you can go over 1500 mg but it is not recommended. You can purchase a very good 1000mg Vitamin C supplement from us for as little as $20.00, or you can find your own supplement at a local GNC store.

Week 2

This week I’m going to talk about Creatine. I really have no idea why creatine gets a bad rap. Most people look down on it as if it were a steroid, which is absolutely ridiculous. Creatine is a naturally occurring amino acid that is also found in beef and fish such as tuna. It is also one of the best and most popular supplements known to man. Creatine basically minimizes protein breakdown in the muscle by super-hydrating muscle cells with water, which enhances muscle growth by making muscle fibers bigger and stronger.

Creatine will significantly increase your lean muscle mass in just two weeks, and it also improves performance in high-intensity exercise, increases energy levels, and speeds up recovery rates. Take 20 grams per day with food for the first 5 days, then maintain your level of creatine with just 5 grams per day over the next 2 months to see incredible results. There are NO negative side effects of creatine and it is 100% safe.
