I first started weight lifting at the age of 13 years old, with the help of my brothers and my father. I never really took weight lifting seriously until about a couple years after. I found that although people won't always be there for you, the gym will be. Training was my escape. I began strictly focusing on extreme workouts, powerlifting workouts. I finally began powerlifting at the age of 16. In my first competition I finished third place. After a serious back injury that kept me from training for 6 months, my first sponsorship came from njmuscle.net. In 2006 I captured my first national title, and began a 2 year winning streak, capturing 6 national titles. Now, at the age of 20(195lbs) I am currently sponsored by Punishment Athletics, and have been featured in a few magazines.I am currently competing in Strongman Competitions. My ultimate goal is to get my pro card. I will continue training and I hope to share training techniques for power, mass, and strength with those who will listen. You can purchase a personalized written workout plan by me on www.TrophyBody.com under powerlifting workouts.

I started powerlifting about 18 months ago after Coop got me into the gym seriously for the first time. Since then i've gained about 20 lbs of muscle and gotten my three competition lifts into some pretty decent territory. Before college, I spent nearly my entire life as a devoted and dedicated soccer player. I started playing when I was 3 years old, and continue to play to this day. I captained teams on many levels, played varsity for 3 years in HS, and started on a high level club team that played in tournaments up and down the East Coast, as well as in Italy. I love every aspect of the sport, from preseason conditioning to practice to gametime to coaching. I hope to be able to share nutrition, supplementation, and training information to those who aren't here to fuck around and actually want to improve themselves.
